What we are going to help you:

• We have selected and trained tutors. Simply tell us the level & subject you need the tutor to teach by whatsapp, BBM or SMS
• We will select tutors who meet your requirements.
• We will recommend the most suitable tutor to you. There is no obligation to accept the tutor, if you are not satisfied.
• Once you have decided on the tutor, a first lesson will be arranged.
• If you feel that the tutor is not a good fit after the first lesson, we will find a replacement for you. There is no penalty for that

How do I verify the qualification of my tutor?
We will send tutor’s cv to you. You may also wish to verify these documents for yourself upon request.

What if I wish to have the tutor changed after the first lesson?
If you are not happy with the tutor, we will offer another tutor immediately without any charges.

What if I prefer a Female Tutor?
If you prefer a specific gender or any other special request, just inform us and we will find a tutor as per your preference.

How do I request for a tutor online?
You may fill up your form at Request for Tutor section.
